- Answering video calls in German or English (or other languages if you speak them)
- Checking ID documents for authenticity with the use of document directories
- Identifying (profiling) of individuals by means of their ID card
- Detecting manipulation, forgery or fraud and documentation of such events
- Age verification of individuals by means of their ID card
Your profile:
- Knowledge of MS Office und the internet
- Excellent verbal and written German language skills
- Good to advanced English language skills, that you can use in conversation
- Respectable appearance (no tattoos on face or neck, no face piercings if possible, unless they can be hidden)
- No criminal record whatsoever
- Reliable team player
- Strong communication skills and very polite
- Service oriented
- No extreme impairment of eyesight
